GP FOR MEDICAL HEALTH FW(AP) The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Letter No 934572/VC11/2018 dt 12 7 2018 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein it is stated that regular enquiry is dropped vide GO Rt No 187 HM and FWVC I Department dated 17 5 2018 basing on the report of the 3rd respondent and also the inaction of the 11th respondent in acting upon 2 on the complaint of the petitioner dt 31 3 2018 as being illegal arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice perverse and violative of Art 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same by directing the Central Bureau of Investigation New Delhi rep by its Director or the 3rd respondent to reinvestigate into the complaint/report of the petitioner dt 29 11 2017 under direct monitoring by this Honble Court and also call for the entire records relating to this case and pass such...” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. 3. Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for CBI appearing for respondent No.10 is in attendance. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. No order as to costs.
