Case No. 71 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On 31.08.2025 at about 4:45 p.m., Domchanch Police on the basis of confidential information, intercepted a truck bearing registration No. JH-02BV- 6941 and seized several pipes from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the time when the truck containing stolen pipes were seized. It was further submitted that the petitioner is the driver of the Hydra and with his help, pipes were loaded on the said truck. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Domchanch P.S.
