By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 May this Hon’ble Court be kind enough to call for records pertaining to the case of the Petitioner. 10.2 May this Hon’ble Court be kind enough to Issue a writ, order, or direction, directing the Learned Court of Eighth District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) to expeditiously dispose of Civil Appeal (A)/123/2017, preferably within a period as may be deemed just and proper by this Hon’ble Court; 10.3 To pass any other order(s) that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Appeal filed by the plaintiffs/respondents No. 1 to 5 is pending consideration since 04.12.2017. Thus, she would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Appeal(A)/123/2017 within a stipulated time. 3 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Ms. Diwan, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. 8th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Appeal(A)/123/2017 expeditiously. 5.
