Counsel for respondent no. 3. : Sri Siddhartha Sah, learned counsel. JUDGMENT : (per Sri G. Narendar, C.J.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. After hearing the counsels for some time, this Court has suggested to the Retired Judicial Officer, if he would be willing to pay the admitted amount of Rs. 3,94,611/- in ten equated monthly installments, commencing from April, 2025. Counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the appellant is willing to pay the admitted sum of Rs. 3,94,611/-. 3. In that view of the matter, the order impugned in the Special Appeal is modified. The appellant shall deposit a sum of Rupees Four Lakhs in ten equated monthly installments, commencing from April, 2025. The installments shall be deposited, by way of Bank Draft drawn in favour of 2025:UHC:1736-DB 2 the District Judge, Champawat district, who, in turn, shall transfer the amounts to the relevant head of account, or authority. The payment shall be made by the appellant every month between 05th and 10th day of English Calendar, commencing from April, 2025, and ending in January, 2026. 4. The Special Appeal stands disposed off in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
