Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 30.04.2015 in W.P.No.388 of 2009, the State filed an intra-court appeal. The intra-court appeal was allowed by setting aside the order dated W.P.No.388 of 2009. 2. 30.04.2015 in 4. Given the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 30.04.2015 in W.P.No.388 of 2009 is not in force. Hence, the violation of the order doesn’t arise.
