CMP (M) No.486 of 2025 in RSA No. 6 of 2024
04.12.2025 Present: Mr. R. K Gautam, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Jai Ram Sharma, Advocate, for the non-applicant/appellant.
Mr. Ajay Sharma, Sr. Advocate, with Mr. Tarun Brakta, Advocate, for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
None for respondent No.3
CMP (M) No.486 of 2025
By virtue of the present application, the interim order stated to have been violated is being reproduced herein below for ready reference:-
“ Notice in the aforesaid terms.
In the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, qua nature and possession of the suit land.”
The specific grievance of the present applicants is that after passing of the aforesaid interim order, an application for demarcation of the suit land, had been made before the concerned Revenue Authorities and hence, it is alleged that the interim order stands violated.
In my considered view, demarcation, if any done in accordance with law, would not be violative of the interim order passed by this Court. Application stands disposed of.
