Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a direction to decide the Original Suit No. 68 of 2019 within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2019. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Judge Small Causes Court, Aligarh to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Judge Small Causes Court, Aligarh to decide the Original Suit No. 68 of 2019 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
