By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of the case for perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 14.07.2025 (Annexure P/1). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow some other lands in favour of petitioners, in lieu of their own lands. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in favour of petitioners, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant petition is preferred against the impugned order dated 14.07.2025 passed by respondent no. 3 whereby the representation/application of petitioner for allotment of alternative land has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the representation has to be filed before the Collector and the Sub-Divisional Officer 3 (Revenue), Bijapur and in turn they have to decide the representation of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Taking into consideration the above-stated facts, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation along with all relevant documents and copy of the present petition before the Collector, Bijapur and the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bijapur within 15 days from today and in turn the respondent no. 2 and Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bijapur is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules and regulations within 6 months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.
