From perusal of application for condonation of delay (IA No.1/2018), RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 it is apparent that the petitioner has not given day to day explanation of inordinate delay of 55 days in filing this petition, as such, the petition is barred by delay and laches and is not liable to be entertained. 5. Considering the grounds raised in I.A. No. 01/2018, I do not find any good ground to condone the delay of 55 days in preferring the instant petition. 6. Accordingly, I.A.
