This writ petition is filed questioning the appointment of 5th respondent as Sakshara Bharathi Samanvaya Kartha (Coordinator) of Azzada 2 Gram Panchayat, Balijipeta Mandal, Vizianagaram District by the 4th respondent by proceedings dated 29.05.2012 pursuant to the notification dated 17.05.2012 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Coordinator for Azzada Gram Panchayat, Balijipeta Mandal, Vizianagaram District as she is in No.1 position in the merit list. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education furnished a copy of a circular memo vide Rc.No.600/B2/DAE/2017, dated 14.06.2018 and submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, in the year 2018, the government has discontinued the services of Saakshar Bharath Coordinators with effect from 31.03.2018 and handover the materials to local primary schools/ upper primary schools with proper acknowledgment. So, in view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition and no further orders are required to be passed. 4. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed.
