G RAMESH BABU The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.4 and 5 in furnishing petitioner service particulars to the respondents No.2 and 3 as has been called for through the Memo No.145/Admin.II-1/2012, dated 05-09-2018 issued by the respondent No.2 for regularisation of my services in the Department of English as arbitrary, illegal and voilative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to furnish my service particulars to the respondents No.2 and 3 as has been called for through Memo No.145/Admn.II-1/2012, dated 05-09- 2018 to the respondent Not forthwith for regularisation of my services in the Department of English of the 4th respondent College.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education would submit that, in obedience to the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 20.09.2018, the Respondent- Authorities have furnished the service particulars of the Petitioner and the same was mentioned at Para No.5 of the counter filed on behalf of Respondent No.4. For ready reference, relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder: “I submit that, pursuant to the above said Memo dated 05.09.2018, this Answering Respondent vide Letter in Roc/1/PRC/2018, dated 12.12.2018 submitted the service particulars as stated in the above paragraph furnished to the 3rd Respondent herein / Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Guntur. As the information was already submitted the present Writ Petition is liable to be closed.” 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, since no further orders are required. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
