Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 181 of 2024 dated 28.7.2024 has already been submitted and after filing of the chrage-sheet the higher authority directed for further investigation in the matter and after further investigation the aforesaid charge-sheet has been re-affirmed on 27.11.2024. 4.
