The present 528 B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceeding of the case no. 772 of 2021 (State Vs. Manoj Kumar Sharma and others) arising out of impugned charge sheet dated 05.04.2021 in case crime no.75 of 2020, under Sections 420, 468, 470, 471, 120-B, 323 I.P.C., Police Station-Basai Arela, District Agra, on the basis of the compromise between the parties. 3. It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite party no. 2 have amicably settled their dispute out of court and entered into a compromise deed dated 23.01.2025. A copy of the compromise deed entered into between the parties has been annexed as Annexure-4 at page no. 44 of the present 528 B.N.S.S. application. 4. Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order and a photocopy of the compromise deed on the next date fixed. It is therefore expected that the trial court may fix a date for the verification of the parties and compromise entered into between the parties and pass an appropriate order to that effect within next four weeks. It shall be open to the applicants to file a fresh application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. at that stage for the relief sought herein. 5. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. 6. For a period of eight weeks, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicants.
