No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. The Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that CC.No.96 of 2011 itself has been disposed of on 18.02.2020. To verify the same, e-court’s case status report is obtained, which shows the disposal of CC.No.96 of 2011 and the case ended in acquittal. 4. In view of the disposal of the CC.No.96 of 2011, this Court finds that this criminal revision case is filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1671 of 2012 in CC.No.96 of 2011 would become infructuous. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
