By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to restore the electricity and water connections permanently to the premises of the petitioner in pursuance to No Objection Certificate, which had been legally sanctioned after obtaining NOC from the respondents and further the temporary NOC issued by the respondents in the month of February, 2017, may kindly be ordered to be converted into regular NOC.
2
(ii) That disconnection of electricity and water connection in the premises of the petitioner in the month of October/November, 2017, without giving any notice to the petitioner and without giving reasonable opportunity of being heard, may kindly be held to be illegal, invalid, ineffective and inoperative in the eyes of law and the said oral disconnection may kindly be declared as unconstitutional.”

Therefore, obviously, as the petition is pre-mature, the same is disposed of with the observation that, in case, any of the authorities intend to take any action with regard to the disconnection of electricity and water connection, due process shall be followed.
