Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section - 528 BNSS has been preferred against orders dated 15.02.2025 and 10.03.2025, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-1st, Jaunpur in Misc. Case No. 1757 of 2024 (Neelam Vs. Jaijesh), under Section - 147 of BNSS, Police Station - Jafarabad, District - Jaunpur, whereby recovery warrant has been issued against applicant. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that the applicant may be permitted to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Family Court concerned in accordance with law. 5.
