THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 11852 OF 2016 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings vide L.Dis.No.379/2016-F1 dt 29.03.2016, rejecting the request of the petitioner for the renewal of trade license certificate and also the NOC (No Objection Certificate), for running the Urvasi Bar Restaurant, Kavali at 2nd petitioner premises for the year 2016-17 without receiving the prescribed fees etc from the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the impugned proceedings of Respondent no.2, vide L.Dis.No.379/2016-F1, dt 29.03.2016 by further directing the respondents no.2 to forthwith grant the renewal of trade license certificate and also the NOC to the petitioners for running the Urvasi Bar Restaurant Kavali at 2nd petitioner premises for the year 2016-17 by receiving the requisite fees etc., from the petitioners and by processing the same and pass such other orders....”
2. As the issue involved in this Writ Petition is filed to grant the renewal of trade license certificate, which pertains to the year 2016-17. In view of passage of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
