This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No.5598 of 2023, under Sections, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Garwar, District Ballia pending in the Court of Civil Judge (JD)/FTC-2, Ballia, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the aforesaid case statements under Section 200 and 202 CrPC have been recorded and only order has to be passed but since long only dates are being fixed in the matter. It is also submitted that the trial court may be directed to pass suitable order in this case. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to pass suitable order in the matter in accordance with law within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
