Bilaspur has been filed before the concerned Court for the offence under Sections 294, 323, 506, 34 of IPC. He further submits that in the departmental enquiry, final order has been passed vide Annexure-C/1 by the Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur Range, Bilaspur on 18.3.2025 and copy of the same has also been forwarded to learned Division Bench through Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Annexure-C/4. Thus, both the directions of the learned Division Bench in order under contempt has been complied with. 4. Perusal of the reply filed by the respondents and the documents annexed with it show that order under contempt has been complied with by the respondents, therefore, no case of contempt is made out. 5.
