No.55 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, 1 Addateegala, East Godavari District. 2. Heard Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. As can be seen from the record, nothing is there for quashment of the case against the petitioner herein who is the husband of the respondent No.2. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the petition and would submit that there are specific allegations made against the petitioner herein/Accused No.1 to attract the offence under Sections 498(A), 420 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC and finally prays for dismissal of this petition. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5. petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentionsof the petitioner. 6. In that view, the Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in his defence. Learned Trial Judge may appreciate the same and dispose of the case as w 3 expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournment in a casual way by mere asking. Learned Trial Judge is also requested to report the progress of the matter to the Registrar (Judicial) by 01.03.2025.
