Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to issue the Letter of Intent in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of the provisional selection of the petitioner in the draw of lots held on 29.12.2023." 3. Counsel on behalf of respondents submits that the complaint has been filed against the petitioner, wherein hearing has already been completed yesterday and the decision will be taken very soon in this matter. 4. In light of the same, respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order within a period of three weeks from date. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
