The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 05/12/2024 and 30/05/2025 vide Annexure-C and E submitted by the petitioner and direct to furnish the certified copy of the said documents as sought in the representation, in the interest of justice and equity.” b) Issue any other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proepr under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The petitioner is said to be a Member of the Kanapur Co-operative Bank and submits an application before the bank seeking various documents concerning the recruitment on the score that it has caused huge loss. The petitioner has the remedy available to seek the documents under the Right to Information Act. 5. Leaving open the said remedy, the petition stands disposed.
