PRIYANKA SONKAMBLE Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac. 1.98 cents in Sy.No.57, an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.58-1 and an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.58-7, situated at Tholla Ganganapalle Village, Vallur Mandal, Kadapa District, without issuing any notice or without following the due procedure contemplated under law. This Court by order dated 26.12.2022, directed the 2. respondents not to take any coercive steps in respect of the I subject lands, without following the due process of law. The 4'*^ respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the 3. averments made in the writ affidavit are incorrect and without any basis. It is further stated that, he never interfered with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land. It is stated in the counter affidavit that, if at all any action is to be initiated, the petitioner will be put on notice. In view of the categorical assertion made by the 4“" respondent in the counter affidavit and taking into 4. consideration the interim order dated 26.12.2022, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.98 cents in Sy.No.57, an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.58-1 and an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.58-7, situated at Tholla Ganganapalle Village, Vallur Mandal, Kadapa District, without following due process of law.
