According to the report, the petitioner has compromised with her husband in all the cases outside the Court and obtained divorce decree in F.C.O.P.No.513 of 2016. It further states that due to this compromise, she does not intend to prosecute the present Criminal Revision Case, as they have been residing separately since 2012. 2. In view of the report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Visakhapatnam, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case as the petitioner is not intended to prosecute the matter. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
