The present application U/S 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the court below to release the applicant in following two cases: (1) Case Crime No. 185 of 2024, under Sections 303 (2), 317(2) BNS (379, 411 IPC), P.S. Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar. (2) Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Sections 303 (2), 317(2) BNS (379, 411 IPC), P.S. Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is languishing in jail since 17.01.2025 inspite of bail orders passed and last bail order has been passed on 10.03.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person and social status of the applicant is not good and due to this reason he has failed to arrange the sureties in each case. It is further submitted that in two cases applicant has been granted bail and in most of the cases he has been implicated on the basis of his confessional statement. In view of above facts and circumstances, the court concerned is/are directed to release the applicant in aforesaid total two cases on the basis of personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. With the above observations this application is disposed of.
