The present MCC has been filed seeking modification/correction of the order dated 22.07.2025 2 passed in WPS No.7477 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner challenged his transfer order dated 16.06.2025 by filing WPS No.7477 of 2025 which was disposed of on 22.07.2025 with a direction to move fresh representation to the respondent No.2 and if such representation is being made, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order and till then no no coercive steps was directed to be taken against the petitioner. However, inadvertently in the said order dated 22.07.2025 the facts came that representation of the petitioner is already pending whereas, the petitioner has to move his fresh representation. Therefore, the order dated 22.07.20285 needs suitable modification. The counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the MCC stands allowed and paragraph 2 to 4 of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed in WPS No. 7477 of 2025 be substituted with following paras : “2. Leaned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is willing to move fresh representation before the respondent No.2 challenging his transfer order dated 16.06.2025 and the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time frame. 3. Considering the submission made by the counsel 3 for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to move his fresh representation up to 18.08.2025 and if such representation is made, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits within a further period of two weeks.
