Case No. 634 of 2024 arising out of Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2019 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-X, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Subhadra Devi who was murdered in her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had died due to injury sustained in an accident. 5. Learned A.P.P. has drawn the attention of this Court towards the finding in the impugned order where it has been mentioned that the deceased had sustained incised wounds as well as abrasions caused by sharp cutting weapon and hard and blunt substance. 6.
