None appeared for the non-applicant, though the non-applicant was served long back. 2. The present application, filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeks transfer of Petition bearing No. A/404/2024 from the Judge, Family Court, Akola, to the Judge, Family Court No. 4, at Nagpur. 3. As can be seen from the memo of the application, the proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking restitution of conjugal rights, are pending at Akola, the same having been filed by the non-applicant/husband. The applicant/wife has filed proceedings at Nagpur seeking maintenance and also under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act. 4. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that, even though the wife is gainfully employed, she has two minor children who are undergoing education at Nagpur, and it would, therefore, not be convenient for her to travel to Akola on each and every date. In that view of the matter, there is no objection to the said application. 6. The application is allowed, and Petition bearing No. A/404/2024 is transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Akola, to the Judge, Family Court No. 4, at Nagpur. 7.
