JUDGMENT:
On last occasion, when it was brought to the notice of this Court that suit pending before the trial court has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.12.2021, learned counsel for appellant sought time to verify the said aspect.
When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the appellant. Learned counsel for respondent reiterated the aforesaid submission.
As there is no representation for appellant, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending
consideration, if any, shall stand closed.
