Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:51709 Court No. - 80 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 529 BNSS No. - 739 of 2025 Applicant :- Indrajeet Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Rakesh Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Session Trial No. 104 of 2014, arising out of case crime no. 06 of 2014, under Section 304 IPC, Police Station Khetasarai, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jaunpur expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from the perusal of the record that above case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence. Needless to say that evidence may be adduced by the applicant / informant himself but it is very strange that instead of adducing evidence, the applicant / informant unnecessarily knocked the door of this Court, which is not a good practice. However, the Court concerned is directed to make all endeavours for expeditious disposal of the session trial, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
