The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 231/2023 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 170/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, & 506 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(2) & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge- III, Khunti. 3. On 13.09.2022 at about 9:30 A.M., informant alongwith his friend was present at DAV field, Patra, when the co-accused Sanjay Lohra, Naim Ansari and Sabir Khan opened fire at them due to which informant sustained firearm injuries. 4. It was submitted that though petitioner was present at the place of occurrence but there is no specific allegation of firing against him. 5. In view the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti in connection with S.T.
