Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned Assistant Advocate General has handed-over a cheque in a sum of Rs. 2500/- drawn in the name of the petitioner to his learned counsel in terms of the cost imposed in the previous order. 2. Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions from the Director AYUSH, Himachal Pradesh conveying consideration of petitioner’s fresh representation for grant of pension. The said consideration order has also been appended with the office instructions. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Vs. Devi Singh2 was also instituted by the respondents against the judgment in question and the same too has been dismissed on 26.11.2025. Learned counsel further submits that in terms of the consideration order, the judgment in question stands complied with, however, petitioner be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, arising from the consideration order. 4. Taking note of the above documents, the contempt proceedings are closed with liberty as prayed of. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
