Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the 2nd respondent issued in Ref.No.SRO/SM/RET dated 21.05.2010 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for award of retail outlet dealership at Guntakal-Bellary Road on RHS on NH-63 between 372 Km to 375 Km towards Karnataka border, Anantapur District and pass.
