The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 180/2024 arising out of Arki P.S. Case No. 68/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 491/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Khunti. 3. On 21.12.2023, husband of the informant was murdered by named accused Bulkan Samad and 7 to 8 unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of accused Bulkan Samad and nothing incriminating has been recovered on his pointing out. 4. Mr. Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the facts that nothing was recovered on the basis of the confession of the petitioner and the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co- accused. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T.
