The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No.116/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have purchased the land from one Ramdhari Singh and the allegations are made that Ramdhari Singh has falsely sold the land to the petitioners. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 11 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of concealing the land of another person by Ramdhari Singh. 5. Considering that the petitioners are the purchaser of the land in question. Allegation of illegally selling of land is there against 2025:JHHC:38341 2 Ramdhari Singh and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No.116/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
