Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge (oral) Mr. Gunjan Sharma, Advocate, under instructions of Mr. Atul Jhingan, Advocate, submits that the petitioner intends to avail benefit of Himachal Pradesh Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2025, Phase II, introduced vide notification dated 20.8.2025 and in terms of the Scheme, the petitioner has to first withdraw the present petition and, therefore, prayer has been made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court again 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 for redressal of the grievances, if settlement with the respondents fails. 2 No objection has been communicated for allowing the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 3 Accordingly, the instant petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed supra. 4 The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending application(s), if any.
