Said order is passed in a Miscellaneous Petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Review Petition is pending before this Court in R.P.No.100182 of 2024. The operation of the decree is not yet stayed. 3. Thus, the Trial Court is justified in passing the order directing the changes in the property records pursuant to the decree. 4. Since it is submitted that Review Petition is pending, the change in the record of right shall be subject to the order to be passed in the Review Petition. 5.
