The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the investigation agency to conclude the investigation and to take appropriate action by making fair investigation. 2. At the threshold, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 19.08.2025 prepared by the S.H.O., Police Station-Bisau, District-Jhunjhunu, Jaipur, which reveals that after completion of the investigation no offence was found against the petitioner. Hence, the police authorities have submitted a negative final report against the petitioner on [2025:RJ-JP:40803] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3685/2020] 31.12.2020 which has been accepted by the concerning Court on 27.01.2021. 3. Factual Report dated 19.08.2025 is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition at this stage. 5.
