ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioners/ Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in Crime No. 134 of 2022, dated 26.11.2022 of Mahanandi Police Station, Nandyal District.
2. Heard Sri T. Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that Charge Sheet has been filed in this case and the offence under Section 324 of IPC is altered as Section 326 of IPC. Therefore, requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioners to challenge the Charge Sheet by way of a separate petition.
5. In that view, the Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the Charge Sheet filed by the respondent/ Police, if so, advised.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
