[1] Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents. [2] At the outset, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representations both dated 06.01.2020 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing an appropriate order within a stipulated period. [3] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer of the petitioners is confined to the

has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners. [4] Taking into consideration, the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to dispose of the present writ petition by issuing following directions:- (1) The respondents are hereby directed to consider the representations both dated 06.01.2020 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing an appropriate order; (2) The whole process should be completed within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order. [5] With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
