The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner from the respondents. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representations Annexure P/5 & P/6, in accordance with law within stipulated time. 10.3 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon vide order dated 6.4.1992. He would contend that the petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Grade-III on 22.12.2006. He would contend that though the petitioner was eligible for promotion to the post of Junior Account Auditor in the year 2011-12, and his juniors were promoted to the said post but the name of the petitioner has not been considered yet. He would contend that the petitioner has made a representation before the District Education Officer and the Collector, Korba through speed post on 18.11.2021 but till date, the representations have not been considered and decided. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard. 3 5. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition at this juncture is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer and the Collector, District Korba to decide the pending representations of the petitioner, expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law.
