Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 74, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 79 & 62 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda.

In the night of 12.05.2025, the petitioners along with co-accused persons entered in the house of the informant. It is alleged that accused persons tore her clothes and also assaulted her.

It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place due to dispute over passage between the houses of both parties. It was further submitted that prior to the occurrence, there was case and counter case between the parties, in which, petitioner Md. Nasim was convicted and he is on bail.

It appears that the occurrence had taken place due to the dispute over a passage. It further appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, or his successor, in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025.
