Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that the petitioner is presently working as In-charge Hostel Superintendent, Tribal Girls Hostel, Neur, Block Pandaria and now the promotion on the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade C from the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade D is under process and for the 2 consideration of the petitioner she made a representation on 17-06- 2025 before respondent No.2, but the same has not been considered till date and respondent No.2 may be directed to consider her pending representation within a stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 2. On the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection that if such a direction is made to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 17-06-2025 within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.2 within a week from today. 6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
