learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 62/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-A)/ 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned, Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused and the allegations are made that the petitioner has fled away from the place of occurrence. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-9 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner has fled away from the place of occurrence.
5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the

petitioner, it has been pointed out that the petitioner is a member of one Kalu Lamba gang, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
