Satish, learned Standing Counsel for Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (EPDCL), for the respondents and furnished a copy of the proceedings addressed by the Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, APEPDCL, Eluru, to the SLA, APEDCL, Vijayawada, as part of the record, which transpires that the petitioners have filed this case to implement the reservation for the post of Sub-Engineer on transfer prospectively. The petitioners have been converted to Engineering cadre by 3 appointment by transfer and the 1st petitioner has been working as Junior Engineer from 24.10.2017, 2nd petitioner has been working as Junior Engineer from 24.10.2017 and thereafter promoted as Assistant Engineer/Operation, Veeravasaram and 3rd petitioner has been working as Junior Engineer from 24.10.2017 and thereafter promoted as Assistant Engineer/ Operation/ Tallapudi. 3. As there is no representation for the petitioners, this Court considers the argument of the respondents. 4. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
