The plaintiff-appellant had filed a suit in the year 1991 challenging the order dated 29.03.1988 vide which the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, had ordered the recovery of Rs.50,000/- from his pay. Further reliefs were also prayed for. 2. The trial Court had decreed the suit. However, the First Appellate Court on appeal filed by the respondent-Board had allowed the appeal and set aside the judgment of the trial Court and had dismissed the suit of the plaintiff. 3. A perusal of the zimni orders would show that no stay has been granted in favour of the appellant. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant on 27.03.2025 and notice was issued to the appellant.
