In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of compliance disclosing that the application of the present petitioner/applicant has been decided by the Territory Manager (Retail), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Gonda vide his order dated 22.4.2025. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices are discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 22.4.2025 on merits before the appropriate forum.
