This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2025 directed the learned Munsiff/JMIC Kotranka (Rajouri) to submit a report with regard to the allegations made against him. 2. Compliance report in terms of order (supra) has been filed by the learned Munsiff/JMIC Kotranka (Rajouri), wherein, it is submitted that the trial court has not received any official communication, order or remand record from the court of learned Principal District Judge, Rajouri. It is further submitted that as per the record available, no information or intimation exists on file indicating that the matter was remanded to the trial court by the learned Appellate Court. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of by directing the learned trial court to decide the civil suit titled “Liaquit Ali Vs. UT of J & K & Ors.” within some reasonable period of time. Sr. No. 139 2 CM (M) No. 200/2025 4. Confronting with the same, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the other side. 5. In the aforesaid backdrop and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition, at this stage, without issuing any formal notice to the respondents, by directing the learned trial court to decide the civil suit titled “Liaquit Ali Vs.
