Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the Information and Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar.
On 26.02.2022, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Ghinrajouria forest area, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the co-accused persons.
It was submitted that petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022.
