Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1/State submits that the Trial Court acquitted the accused on 11.08.2024 and that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the relief has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.2 are in attendance. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
